These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you may use this website and purchase services or products from Análú Therapy

By using this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms:

This website is operated by:

I provide hypnotherapy sessions, nervous system support, and digital wellbeing resources.

2. Nature of services

My services are intended for educational, coaching, and complementary support purposes only.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and:

  • does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care

  • is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or medication

If you have any medical or mental health concerns, you should consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • 18 years or older to book sessions or purchase services

  • legally able to enter into a contract

4. Bookings and appointments

When you book a session:

  • you are reserving time specifically for you

  • missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees (see cancellation policy below)

Cancellation policy

  • 24–48 hours notice required for cancellation or rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full or partially

  • No-shows may be charged the full session fee

This ensures fair use of appointment time.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Squarespace Payments / Scheduling

I do not store your full payment details.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

6. Digital products

For digital downloads (e.g. guides, audios, PDFs):

  • All sales are final due to the nature of digital content

  • You will receive access immediately after purchase

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content

  • You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute content

7. Refund policy

1:1 sessions:

Refunds may be issued at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Digital products:

Due to instant access, refunds are not provided once downloaded or accessed.

8. Client responsibility

By booking a session, you agree that:

  • you are responsible for your own wellbeing

  • you will not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs

  • you will inform me of any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may affect the work

9. Health disclaimer

Hypnotherapy and related services:

  • are not a medical treatment

  • do not diagnose or cure medical conditions

  • are a supportive complementary approach

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or your GP.

10. Results disclaimer

While hypnotherapy and nervous system work can be highly supportive, results vary from person to person.

I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including:

  • audio recordings

  • digital downloads

  • written materials

  • website content

is the intellectual property of Aoife Gallagher | Análú Therapy unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

12. Website use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to hack or disrupt services

  • use content unlawfully

Your personal data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR.
